DEI real name: Department of discrimination against white males

Let’s call DEI on the real name: Department of discrimination against white males. How come we talk about “equity and inclusion” while being totally blindsided about the other half of the story, the discrimination that people are subjected to no fault of their own?

Don’t try to sell us as a good thing this despicable practice, no rational person will ever buy it. You’re just horrible human beings hell bent to destroy lives, you’re jerking of on this power trip and you try desperately to sell it to dimwits as a necessity and a virtue.

And to all of those who benefit without being embarrassed, remember you partake in the demise of our society. It is on you when the thin crust of social trust will break and we will all suffer the consequences. 

Fairness and trust are the glue holding communities together. High trust societies fair well better than low trust ones. And there is no exception to this.

Social trust is built on the belief that everyone has an equal shot, that the rules are the same for all, and that opportunities are distributed based on fairness and merit. It’s about believing that the system works for everyone, not just a select few, or a group who shares some traits that the ruling class has a fetish with.

Reverse discrimination flips this on its head. It introduces a sense of imbalance, where people realize that decisions are made based on random group traits rather than individual merit or qualifications. This can and undoubtedly will  lead to resentment from those who are unfairly disadvantaged.

When white men see how unjustly they are treated, trust begins to erode. They will start questioning the legitimacy of institutions meant to serve everyone equally. They already doing it. 

This skepticism isn’t just limited to hetero white men who are directly affected; it will spread, making others wonder if they’re next in line for unfair treatment. Our asian brothers and sisters are also worried about the demise of merit based social values, because they will be the most affected, as members of a high IQ culture focused on performance.

At one point the progressive madness will reach a tipping point and from that point on the only way is down until the total demise of the world we know and love.

People will start withdrawing their participation or support from community efforts because they no longer believe in the “collective” good that isn’t collective anymore.

They will avoid collaborating with others, and this will greatly reduce social cohesion. It will lead to the fragmentation of society into smaller, more insular groups that only look out for their own interests.

But maybe, just maybe, this is the and goal of the elites. A fragmented society is easy to control.
